THEATRE I
Grade Level: 9,10,11,12
Prerequisite: None

Theatre I is an introductory study of theatre as an art form. If you have an interest in theatre, but not sure if you want to act, this is a great way to learn more about it! Students will learn some basic acting techniques and the truth about how theatre became the art form it is today. This course very hands on and is split between performance and classic textbook units.       ​ Students are required to attend the fall musical and spring play for points and will review the show. Extra credit is offered through attending the Theatre III/IV shows and performances by the Last Minute Replacements Improv team.
